1. Agreement and operator
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the individual proprietor operating SubsVault, an Individual Proprietor operating SubsVault from India. By registering, signing in, applying as a seller, listing an offer or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, legally competent to contract in India, use accurate information and keep your login secure. One person may not create accounts to evade suspension, limits or seller review.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you promptly report suspected compromise.
3. Marketplace role
SubsVault provides listing, order, communication, moderation and complaint tools. Unless a listing expressly identifies the operator as seller, the seller—not SubsVault—is the supplier of the digital access. The platform does not manufacture, sponsor or endorse third-party services shown in listings.
Platform names and logos identify the relevant service only. Their owners may not be affiliated with SubsVault.
4. Lawful subscriptions only
A seller may list access only when the seller lawfully owns or controls it and the original provider's contract, licence and applicable law permit the proposed resale, assignment, sharing and device configuration. Possession of a password, invite, key or account is not proof of resale authority.
Stolen, hacked, fraud-funded, impersonated, employee, educational, trial-abuse or otherwise unauthorized access is prohibited. A policy or seller declaration cannot legalize unlawful conduct.
5. Listings, orders and delivery
- Sellers must disclose platform, plan, duration, shared/private status, devices, login method, material restrictions and total INR price accurately.
- Listings are one-buyer offers and may disappear after an order, moderation action or seller suspension.
- Buyers must review listing terms before ordering and must not misuse delivered access.
- Order chat and vault are the approved delivery and evidence channels. Off-platform promises are not protected.
6. Test checkout and future payments
The present checkout is explicitly a test workflow: it does not collect a payment method or charge money. Test orders do not establish that a real payment was received. Before a live gateway is activated, payment, settlement, cancellation and refund disclosures must be updated. Never send payment merely because another user requests it in chat.
7. Moderation and enforcement
SubsVault may request proof, restrict visibility, preserve evidence, suspend accounts, remove listings, freeze a payout or cooperate with a lawful authority when reasonably necessary for safety, policy enforcement, fraud prevention or legal compliance. Enforcement may occur before or after publication and does not transfer seller liability to the platform.
8. Complaints, refunds and decisions
Complaints are handled under the Buyer Protection and Grievance policies. Outcomes depend on listing terms, chat evidence, access validity and applicable consumer law. No clause removes a consumer's non-waivable statutory rights.
9. Liability and indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, SubsVault is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, provider suspension, seller misrepresentation, buyer misuse, third-party outages or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
A user who causes loss through unlawful content, fraud, infringement, false declarations or breach of these Terms must reimburse the operator for resulting claims and reasonable costs to the extent permitted by law. This does not excuse the platform from its own legal obligations.
10. Governing law
Indian law governs these Terms. Subject to mandatory consumer forums and other non-waivable rights, disputes fall within the competent courts of Not yet published. Users should first use the published grievance process.
