Buyer Protection & Refund Policy

Check the platform, plan, duration, shared/private status, supported devices, login method, seller rating, price and instructions. Provider rules can change independently; do not purchase an offer that asks you to impersonate someone, bypass security or violate a provider contract.

Payments, when enabled, are processed through the payment provider shown at checkout. An order is created only after server-side payment confirmation. Sandbox transactions are tests and do not represent real collection. Never send money directly to a seller outside the platform checkout.

Keep delivery, credentials and support inside the order vault/chat. Never post sensitive credentials publicly. The subscription and warranty countdowns shown in the order are based on the listing duration and order time.

If access is missing, materially different, unauthorized, non-working or withdrawn within the promised period, open a complaint from the order page promptly. Describe the issue accurately and attach relevant non-sensitive evidence. The seller is notified and Admin may inspect the listing and chat log.

• Seller correction, replacement or completion of delivery.
• Buyer refund when real payments are enabled and evidence supports it.
• Release of payout to seller when delivery complied with the listing.
• Account/listing restrictions where fraud or policy violations appear.

A change of mind after access has been revealed or used may not qualify for a refund, subject always to mandatory consumer rights. Buyer Protection does not cover buyer-caused lockout, credential sharing beyond the listing, prohibited use, device incompatibility that was disclosed, or off-platform deals.

SubsVault cannot control a third-party provider's outage, terms change or enforcement decision. Sellers remain responsible for truthful authorization and the promised access period; buyers retain applicable statutory remedies.
