1. Seller eligibility
A seller must be 18+, use verified and accurate contact information, pass Admin review, claim a one-time approval key and maintain reachable support details. Approval is permission to use seller tools, not endorsement or proof that every future listing is lawful.
2. Authority to sell
Before every listing, the seller must confirm and be able to prove lawful ownership/control and that the original provider permits the proposed resale, transfer, assignment, sharing, plan, territory and device usage. If permission is unclear, do not list.
3. Forbidden inventory
- Hacked, stolen, phished, leaked, fraud-funded or account-takeover credentials.
- Free trials sold as paid plans or repeated trial/promotion abuse.
- Employee, developer, educational, nonprofit, family or enterprise access sold outside its eligibility/licence.
- Accounts requiring identity impersonation, security bypass, location spoofing or recovery hijacking.
- Access obtained with another person's payment method, personal data or consent without authority.
4. Listing accuracy
Disclose the exact service, plan, price, duration, access ownership, number of devices, login method, limitations and instructions. Do not claim “official,” “lifetime,” “private,” “warranty” or provider affiliation unless accurate and provable. Artificially low or misleading prices, hidden charges and manipulated reviews are prohibited.
5. Delivery and support
Deliver only through the protected order channel, respond to buyers during the promised period and never request off-platform payment or unnecessary sensitive data. Do not reuse or resell an access credential after it has been sold as exclusive/private.
6. Complaints and evidence
Sellers must preserve purchase/authorization records and provide them to Admin when requested. Admin may hold a payout, inspect relevant chat, remove an offer or notify a rightsholder/authority. Failure to respond can be considered when deciding a complaint.
7. Taxes and payouts
The seller is responsible for taxes, registrations, invoices and legal duties applicable to the seller's business. Platform commission is disclosed in the dashboard. A payout status is an internal ledger entry until money is actually settled through an enabled payout method.
8. Enforcement
Listings may publish immediately but remain subject to continuous moderation. SubsVault may demand proof, edit obvious catalog metadata, remove or archive a listing, suspend seller access, retain evidence and withhold disputed settlement to the extent permitted by law and these policies.
