2. What to include
- Your name and a reachable email/phone.
- Listing, order, message or account reference.
- A clear description, relevant dates and requested outcome.
- Evidence you are authorized to share. Redact passwords, payment-card details and unrelated personal data.
- For intellectual-property reports: identify the protected work/mark, ownership/authority and exact infringing location.
3. Response targets
SubsVault aims to acknowledge a valid grievance within 24 hours and resolve it within 7 calendar days or any shorter period required by law. Qualifying unlawful-content complaints may require action within 36 hours. Qualifying complaints involving non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual impersonation are handled on an urgent basis, targeted within 2 hours after sufficient notice. Complex disputes may require interim measures and further evidence.
4. Emergency and cyber incidents
For immediate danger contact local emergency services or the appropriate cybercrime authority first, then notify SubsVault. Security incidents, fraud indicators and legally required records may be escalated to CERT-In, law-enforcement or another competent authority as required.
5. Review and appeals
Provide missing evidence promptly. A user may request internal reconsideration with new facts. Where applicable, a person may use the Grievance Appellate Committee process or a competent consumer/court forum; this policy does not restrict statutory remedies.
6. Evidence preservation
Reported content, account records and associated evidence may be preserved for 180 days or longer when required for an investigation, legal hold, order dispute or lawful direction, even if the content is no longer publicly visible.
