Prohibited Use Policy

• Unauthorized access, hacking, phishing, credential stuffing, malware, surveillance or security bypass.
• Stolen property, carding, chargeback fraud, money laundering, fake payment proof or proceeds of crime.
• Identity theft, impersonation, forged KYC, doxxing or trafficking in personal data.
• Accounts or licences whose provider prohibits resale, transfer, assignment or the advertised sharing.
• Copyright/trademark infringement, counterfeit affiliation, deceptive “official” claims or unauthorized logo use beyond honest identification.
• Sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate content, exploitation, threats, harassment, hate, unlawful gambling, controlled substances or instructions facilitating crime.
• Spam, review manipulation, cooldown evasion, multi-account abuse, automated scraping or attacks on the service.

Report suspected prohibited activity through the Grievance & Takedown page with the listing/order reference and evidence. SubsVault may immediately restrict access, preserve records, notify affected parties, reverse an internal ledger action and cooperate with a lawful authority. Knowingly false reports may themselves breach these policies.

Platform publication, seller approval, encryption or failure to detect an item does not certify legality. Every user remains responsible for their own conduct under applicable criminal, civil, consumer, intellectual-property, tax and contract law.
