Subspaces is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or an authorized reseller of any OTT, streaming, software, AI, education, music or other third-party brand unless a specific written relationship is expressly stated.

Third-party names, logos and plan names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the service described by an independent seller. Their appearance does not imply partnership, approval, authenticity certification or warranty by the brand owner.

Each seller is solely responsible for confirming that the offered subscription, unused seat or access was lawfully purchased and that the provider's terms and applicable law permit the advertised resale, transfer or sharing. Sellers must provide evidence when requested and remain responsible for their listing, delivery and claims.

Seller approval, platform publication, encryption or a completed order does not certify that a listing is authorized by the underlying brand. Subspaces may remove or restrict a listing when authorization is unclear, but moderation cannot guarantee that every violation will be detected.

A brand owner or authorized representative may report suspected infringement through the published support/grievance contact. Include authority, the protected mark or work, the exact listing URL or identifier, the reason for the request and a reachable contact. Subspaces may preserve evidence, seek a seller response and take proportionate action.
